If you have the Gold Subscription, you should email GR and tell them you can't access the BMD's.

if you signed as a gold member you have full access to all available census, bmd and military records...........if you post on the surname /history or any suitable board what you have and/ro are looking for i'm sure someone will help

Hi Claire,

If you mean you just signed up and joined Genes Reunited and wanted to buy some credits from them to search births, marriages and deaths, then don't bother they are too expensive.
If you and your family came from the UK then you would be far better asking for a lookup on the Records board from someone who has Ancestry. There are a lot of lovely people on here who willingly do lookups for you.

Signed up to what, do you mean this site? If so, I can't help as I don;t use the records on here, they are too expensive!

What years are you talking about, woul dthey be covered by www.freebmd.org.uk? (1837-1920ish)

Signed up on friday but since sat morn have been unable to access the births, deaths etc. any ideas. thanks
