I keep getting that message saying "Sorry there has been an unexpected error". Grrr! Is this happening to anyone else?

Kate.

Thanks, Jim. Unfortunately I'm trying to work through all the people in my tree systematically, and my system was supposed to be going in the same order that they are listed on that list, once it's sorted by surname, so if I can't get the list up I don't know where I'm supposed to be! Hope they fix it soon.

Thanks for that idea, Jim. It will be useful once I get past the surname I was in the middle of doing, but I think the list of people in tree that I was using before is in some strange order within surname (possibly listed in the order in which they were originally added to the tree?), and I was just going through them in that order, so now I will have to try to work out which ones I had already checked! I will report the problem to Genes, anyway, and see what they say about it.
