HELP I can no longer view my 'full tree' as my flash player appears to have left me! I've tried downloading new flashplayer but it says instalation complete - but it is not working at all. Please somebody tell me what I am doing wrong, or, who do I need to contact to correct this?

It could be that your tree is too big to view in "full tree"

Nope, also can no longer view videos on facebook. Was advised to run adobe uninstaller - which I did - then tried to install - guess what - it said instalation completed -but it wasn't! AGH

If you go onto this site it will tell you if it's installed and if so which version it is.

Read through this thread. I had the same problem & Errol told me how to sort it. The advice he gave me worked straight away.

Thanks Chistine and Chrissie, will try them both. Switched off in disgust last night as was tempted to try the old 'give it a thump' and it might work!

I'm pleased it worked for you DD. I still don't know what happened to mine in the first place.

Errol is like some kind of computer angel, he seems to know the answer to everything!
