Members can't move around my tree

Other members tell me they can only see my immediate family tree and can't move anywhere else. I can move about my tree and everyone else's.
Trying to send a Support query to Genes produces an "Unexpected Error" message, so I can't ask what is happening. Anyone having the same problem?

i had this problem with a member who revealed his tree, i think he had it set at private, you may have to fiddle around a bit,

no, just looked at my tree,i can't find anything that can be set, the only thing i can suggest is get them to type in the search box the name they are looking for, it should show the rest of the tree,

Thank you, but something is wrong. As you say, there are no settings to change.
If someone at Genes is looking at this, perhaps they can comment.

No there aren't any user setting to tweak.

However, because the tree loads into temp workspace on the PC viewing it, there can be problems if there is insufficient space allocated for temp files. Try clearing them down (Tools, Internet Options then click Delete files button in middle of dialogue page)

This will sometimes do the trick.

Thanks Peter. I will pass that on to those having trouble. With a tree containing over 6,000 names, I can understand this could be the cause.

I have an error message when I try to view a tree, putting a name in the search box produces the same error, it has occurred since I downloaded the latest version of firefox. I can't see anyone's tree at all.
if I log in through IE, I can see the trees fine
