My grandfather was born in 1884 and I understand that he served in India. I`d like to search for his records or even just information on battles in India but I`ve no idea which wars if any - given his birthdate - might have actually involved service in India. |

Hello Jay..........a few threads down is one titled 1/25th cyclist battalion..........they served in India in ww1.......it has a link to a site about that battalion with lots of photos..........maybe you might find him there ? |
