How do you know Gilbert was born in 1888? The easiest way to find her maiden name would be to get a copy of one of the birth certificates. Cannot see an entry for Gilbert Kent's birth in 1888 on ancestry. Ada might have been born in Rowington but it does not mean she died there. Your best way forward is to get hold of one of the birth certificates.

Yes this is them,and I know Gilbert was born in 1888 but cannot find any trace of Reginald. I have a copy of 1891 census and see Ada was born in Rowington which is quite close to me, so thought if I could find maiden name I could go and look in the local church yard and see if I can find any graves for her family! many thanks.

Which census is this and when were they born?

great grandmother on census as Ada Kent married to William living at 8 Cannock road Wolverhampton. Need maiden name and where they were married. The son Henry listed is my grandfather but trying to find his brothers John,Gilbert and Reg as well. Any ideas. Very grateful for any help, I'm still a novice at this, learning as I go along. Many thanks.
