can anyone give advice on were to look or if they can look to see this person

his name is horace clarke and he married eva [watkins ] i have looked for his birth his marriage no joy
also i have tryed to find eva 's birth and marriage yet again no joy
they came from manchesters and i think they could ave been born around1896 ish

al i have is that evas mother was called mry pickup married to a thomas watkin any help etc would be grt

ive just hit a brick wall

There is a birth for Eva Watkin in 1907 in Manchester.
