Very sadly, I have just discovered that I no longer have access to this fantastic resource and I was just getting to grips with it!!

Has anyone else had success in reapplying? If so, how did you go about it?

Don't know if this still works

I put my email and then 'none' in every other box, 1234567 in the phone number box and then I received an email with a two week trial.

No joy! Every time I try it says the email isn't recognised as an institution. Probably means that the free trial is finished. I found so much on there before - descriptions of weddings and all kinds of things. I was hoping to try for other people in my tree.

Petrina - I re-registered earlier today using the link above and can now access the collection again so the free trial definitely isn't finished.

Have you tried an alternative e-mail address?

Hi - I don't understand it. Have tried other email addresses as well!

However - just found that our library enables members to access most of what I want online anyway, so I think it will be fine. In fact it seems quicker and easier that way too.
