I would change them to unknown for the time being ( till you find who your rellie's parents were) & add them to where you want them to be

You can't delete anybody on your tree on Genes if they have children. You have to delete the children first.

You can't delete them because they have dependents - you have to delete them first.

Why don't you just change the names to be the correct ones, then enter your aunt and uncle in their correct place?

The change parent is for where there are more than one husband or wife in the relationship, and you wish to swap a child over.

I have mistakenly put an uncle and aunt down as my rellies parents. Genes won't let me delete the uncle and aunt, and the change parent in edit is greyed out any ideas
