Hi,

I have been asked by my boss to look into finding out what happened to her father. She doesn't know anything about him other that his name and he left when she was about 8.

His name was Alfons or Alfred Walek. He was born in Poland, but had children over here in the Chesterfield area in the 1950s. I don't know if he married over here, but his wife was German.

He left his family in about 1958 and his daughters would like to know what happened to him, even if he's since died. Their mother wouldn't tell them anything and she died a couple of years ago.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated,
