If you go to Scotlands People and put in the marrage details it comes up with one result.
It costs £6 for 30 credits. 1 credit to view the results and 5 to view the actual parish record.

if you go to the IGI index put in the surname Lyon and C11542 in the bottom left hand box you will come up with some church baptism records

These are the film numbers for Forglen held by LDS. If you have an LDS centre near you you can order the film and check for yourself. They charge about £3 per film but I have checked several that I picked up on their website at my local centre. It can take a few weeks for them to get the film but they are very helpful.

It could be 100% accurate but you have no way of knowing.

The source info quoted just refers to a catalogue number attributed to the record by the LDS, with so many records (both extracted and submitted) stored on film they have to have a catalogue system to locate each particular record.
