Could someone look this person up for me please and see if the mothers details are on there. Thanks

Also if this person was adopted or put into a home as soon as he was born would it still have the real birth mother on the certifacate. Thanks

No you would have to order the certificate to find out whats on there. They need these details of the number
501/00 0153
