African genealogy sites?

Hi, I wondered if anyone knows any websites where you can search for your African ancestors (specifically Cameroonian)? When I look for them, you just tend to get websites for African Americans tracing their roots (i.e. wherebouts their ancestors came from) but I'm looking for websites like this but for people with more recent African relatives. My daughters' father comes from Cameroon and I'm trying to find his ancestors/family. |

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have already been on Cyndi's List and subscribed to the mailing list. I just wondered if there were any sites similar to this but covering Africa. Thanks for your suggestion though. |

Susan, if you do a google search (google is such a wonderful resource) enter a search for Cameroon genealogy and you get pages of listings which may help you. |
