Question about Genes Gold Upgrade & Accessing Cens

As my subscription had just expired I have renewed and thought I'd try the Gold Upgrade for 6months. I paid £34-95 which entitles me to "unlimited" credits.

I've done a few searches (census) and can get the details on screen but when I click VIEW IMAGE my computer goes back to the previous page ... am I missing something?

Annette you may be better off contacting GR as most of us use either Ancestry or FMP
