Does anyone know why after viewing numerous census records (in the original form) the viewer freezers? This has happened to me now on numerous occasions and I am getting a little annoyed with it.

Yes, this happens to me too. Very frustrating isn't it? I thought I was on to something tonight, then bang it's gone. Sometimes the only way round it is to switch off your computer and start again.

At least I am not the only one. I think I might complain and see what they come up with.

Been the same since they put in the new search engine trial, weeks now.
Numerous previous threads about it, you are not alone lol.
Suspect Ancestry will not admit problem, usually say it is to do with Norton Defender? Dont have it myself but still have problems

I told Ancestry that the problems all started with the new search facility and they would not hear of it.
