Hi Monique,

The cost of a cert is £7. You order it from the GRO.

Hi. I haven't yet had to request a copy of any certificates, but my family history research has now got to the stage where I can see I will have to apply for several to narrow my information down. How much does each certificate cost, can I just have a scan sent to me online rather than a paper certificate (and is that cheaper) and can I apply for the certificate/scan through sites such as this? Thanks. Monique
