Thanks INis,

I had forgotten about that thread, it was posted before PRONI said they still couldn't find my grandmothers Mary Carney/Kearney birth in 1878 or her sister Catherine's in 1880 or the parents marriage in 1875.
I am just fed up with PRONI,I called them after two weeks search, they called me several times at home to check the info I had too, I even gave them the exact date 28/05/1875 of the parents marriage but could they find it NO.

Betty

I tried Proni a few months ago for two birth certificates for the Belfast area.

They couldn't find them, should I have used Proni?
I did actually have the names of the children and their parents names and marriage etc. births were in 1878 and 1880.

Should I have used Groni?
