Or this site not sure what you mean by the 70's (19?) then this site will not be any good.

Its free and covers areas of Scotland also the 1841/1891 census.

No this site doesnt have any Scotland records at all,,,

they will be on Scotland own site,

ScotlandPeople .gov.............that too is a payper view site,)

Does this site list ancestors born in Scotland?

I can't find one small part of my family that were married and their children born in Edinburgh in the 70's and it's driving me crackers!

Does anyone have any tips?
