Have you been on Search Trees and been in touch with any of the many people who have Browns born in Dagenham in the 1920s? You may just find someone who's related.

Has anyone researched a very common name and can they give me any advice. I am looking for the surname BROWN and my family came from the East End of London. With names like Albert, George, John, Charles etc. you can imagine it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Any tips would be appreciated.
