computer problem with outgoing Email

Tracy, you have the same problem I have - dyslexic fingers. I know how to spell and learnt touch typing at school (albeit almost 60 yrs ago!) but my fingers go so fast and tend to get in a tangle. I wish I could have typed so fast on the old typewriters. I would have been a world champ.

providided you copied/pasted that error then Your host is wrong - it should be smtp.tesco.net - you have swapped 2 letters

I must admit i have tried to solve it myself to no avail
had this problem a few weeks now and i realy want to sort it out as my dads cousin has just got in touch with me a fter an advert i put on a website.
would be really pleased with any help

Have you checked on the Tesco website to see if their email is down. Just because your internet is working doesn't mean the email bit is working correctly.

i know this because my Virgin keeps doing this

Hi all
Please could i ask for someones help
I can recieve my emils with no problems but im having problems sending them they just wont send at all.
I am on windows Vista and my server is tesco.net does anyone know how i can sort this out.
