Would they be from same family as my George Apps?

If they are in the same batch number, i.e the same church, then they should be siblings. Of course by pure coincidence there may have been two couples of identical names in the same parish at the same time, both producing children.

To check, you need to look at the original film in the records office. As well as the date of the baptism, most had the occupation of the father and if it was a church surrounded by little villages and they lived in one of the villages, then the abode would sometimes be recorded as well.

I have been on family search and found 6 people who have same parents names (Thomas Apps and Elizabeth) and same area christened ....dating from 1807 to 1819. Does this prove that they are brothers\sisters of my George Apps? I am wondering what I should do next.
