adding family members keeps failing???

Member Since: August 2003 Posts: 41 Send Message	Does anyone else find that when they are trying to add family members to there tree, that it keeps failing !!! i'm finding it really annoying... am i doing anything wrong ?? from a aggitated Jessica :o)

	Jessica I'd try deleting temporary files and cookies from Internet explorer to start with. They may have become corrupted and be causing you problems. Doing this will not harm your computer... you may find things run quicker though :) Start Internet Explorer and click on Tools > Internet Options In the Window that Opens, click on the button under the "Browsing History" header This opens another window Then click on the [Delete Files...] button and be patient (it may take a while) Then click on the [Delete Cookies...] button and be patient again. Finally click on [Close] to close this window and then [OK] to close the first window. Now give it a go again.
