Was he alive when your grandparents got married? Do you have the cert for that? |

on wedding cert he down as father got his occupation but he not signed it only got nans family signtures on it so looks like he might no of gone 2 wedding |

No signature doesn't necessarily mean he wasn't there, and it doesn't say 'deceased' so I think you could use this as a starting point. What year did your grandparents get married in? |

I've recently been told that the fact that it does not say Father deceased on Wediing Certificate does not mean a lot. Sorry to put a damper on things, but best you know. I've spent wasted time on relatives I thought were alive years after they had died. |
