For ref - guess this is where Elizabeth got the name Allen Note all three kids on the 1891 born before this marriage

Looks like Joseph was married previously to Elizabeth. On the 1881 census he's mistranscribed Bullar and has the 3 children Jonathon 6, Samuel 4 and Elizabeth 2, all born Darlaston and they're living there.

Elizabeth was 25 on the 81 census so this looks like her death:

Elizabeth Bullas, Sep. Q 1882, Dudley, age 27. (6c 26)
