Hi,
Now I may be doing something wrong BUT I have been a member on another genealogy website and managed to find census records which I have printed.
I am now a member of Genes and was trying to find the pages that I already have to refresh my memory and work backwards, however, I can't find some of them. Eg in 1891 William Wells is 37, born in Kent - Gillingham and they are still living in Gillingham: 47 Gads Hill, with his wife Harriet, 34... Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I have a copy of the census here but don't know why I can't find it again on here... Please help.

Most of us use Ancestry.
Can you use the page and folio no.?

Thank you - I have found that information on Ancestry but was just puzzled as to why I couldn't find them on the census records via Genes Reunited.

Can anyone one explain why i cant find my grandfather Harold Penn b1896 in the 1901 census as he would be four years old by then ????

His name might have been transcribed wrongly?

Where was he born?
