can anyone tell me what information will be on a death certificate?

would it give me any useful information and is it worth sending for one on a "guess"

The English death certificates are frustratingly lacking in information, all they contain are....

Name of deceased, age, place of death, cause of death and informant.

Sometimes you might get lucky and learn something new with the informants name - ie a wife or child you didnt know about.
