Have a google to research anything.

There are several sites for the Boer War, Kevin Asplins is probably the most comprehensive.

Googl search everything.

However, if you want to research your GGF's ancestry then you do so by getting certificates of birth and/or marriage and working your way backwards using that information and searching the census available.

About my great granddad he was in the boer war in the grenadier guards thats what my birth uncle says is there a site to research his at all
