Hi all
I’ve copied some census images from ancestry onto my computer but when I try to copy & paste them onto a word document all I get is a blank box with the file name in it. I’ve managed to do this somehow in the past so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong now. Any ideas anyone?

Cheers

Mick

You cant copy and paste a photo "jpg" file - use INSERT PICTURE

Hi Jayne
Thanks for that. It's been driving me crazy trying to remember how i'd done it in the past. I like to do it that way so i can crop off all the huge black border that comes with it.

Many thanks again

Mick
