Hello

I have a Lexmark 4300 series printer and scanner. I have moved it this morning from one room to another now it keeps telling me to remove the blockage of paper.

It has no paper stuck in it, it never has had. I have tried turning it off and on again.

I have never had problems before.

It won't do anything until the blockage is sorted.

Any help or advice please.

Any chance a paper clip or something small could be lodged in paper feed ?

Worth having a good ferret inside as tiniest scrap can cause this.

After - dont forget to run a printer head alignment task

Hi Jayne

I have had a really good look and cannot see anything.

It just won't let me do anything until I clear the paper jam.

Thank you

Try manually turning rollers as best you can - open all apertures and check then re-close. Sittch off and switch back on...

Jayne

Thank you so much. When I turned the roller a tiny piece of paper fell out.

It is working now.

I though it was a case of buying a new one.

Once again thank you.
