Can anyone help? I have been tracing my family tree for a few years now, and I still feel like I dont know what I am doing half the time.
My current line of research is into areas of land. Several of my ancestors documents have their addresses as an area of land
e.g. garvies land or forsyths land. These are from Scotland. Does anyone have any idea how I could find out about these areas and what they might have been? Have tried google with not much luck.
Any help would be very gratefully received.
Regards, Leanne
