How old was she on the marriage certificate? This will help us to find her birth.

Thanks for trying, have even tried looking at each person with that name on the 1901, to see if the father matches, but no success. No hot matches success either. Did wonder if the showman detail had anything to do with Hull Fair, in which case she could have been born anywhere. I will send for the Dudley certificate. Thank you again for your help.

Have you tried the 1901 census? that should give you her parents names hopefully and details of their ages

I am trying to find anything with regard to Annie Caroline White who on her marriage certificate to Herbert Thompson is aged 22, the marriage was St James' Church Hull on 26th October 1914, her address was 66 Walker Street, Hull, her father was Joseph Ernest White, occupation Showman. I have found nothing about her birth. Does anyone have any ideas as to where I should search, when the only details I have are on the marriage certificate.Please.
