Free 8.0 AVG anti virus free download HELP PLEASE?

I have removed my old AVG as there was a virus problem and it wouldn't update. Can anyone tell how to reinstall the free AVG again, I have checked the website but don't know which one in free to download, and which is the correct one, any help appreciated. Below are the 4 options.

You need to go to the grisoft website to download the free version, it is the first one on the chart, the download button is at the bottom

I hope i can make this clear, when you open the AVG site, you should see the following, there is a big download button , DONT click on that one but go to the one underneath

I really really need help now downloaded this

As Linda suggested and my laptop has gone completely haywire.

I am on Vista and now not only do I not have AVG but all my windows security has gone haywire I just don't know what to do now it made things worse.
