Try buying the birth cert to get the date of birth.

Also, Friendsreunited, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc...

Tried that the letter was sent back unopened and no forward address

If you have an address from 2007 it may be worth writing there, your cousin may have left a forwarding address.

I am trying to find a cousin hitting brick walls on this one I have tried elctroll roll tried just found the last address in 2007 the Salvation Army but they will not do a search because I do not have the full birth day just the year is there anyother sites that are not going to charge over £100 for a search
