Daphne, I think you can get a copy of any will from the address which Bacardi gives, not just old wills. You need to download a form from the website, they won't accept online or telephone requests. It costs £5 for a copy of any will. So if your relly died last year, the probate would have been granted (assuming it has been) within the next few months, so a standard search should do the trick. Download the form, input the details and send off your fiver. |

Can you get to see a new will please/ Eg one from last year. Has anyone the right to see a will when it has all gone though the right things.It is my DH uncle's will. He died end of last year. And he & his cousin would like to see the will. All was done by his step son. The cousin was his daug. Left home 40 yrs .DH met up with her again at his death.Was so pleased to be in connect again after so long. she had been going to see him,which we never knew. |
