Tracing Emigrants from the UK to Canada (1950s)

I am trying to trace a cousin of my father's who left the UK from Southampton in 1955 bound for Montreal. Can anyone offer advice on how I might go about tracing her. I know her maiden name, date and location of birth, the ship she sailed on and the date she left and unfortunately that is all any living relatives know. |

The fact that she was bound for Montreal doesn't mean that's where she stayed. It's just as far inland as an ocean liner can go. |
