Fault with roots magic.

I have brought and instilled proper roots magic.
I import my two gedcoms.
When i try to add people it says trial version limited to 50 people.
I am on vista 32.
Standard version.
And i have filled in the license number.
Thank you.
Going out now.

Who did you buy it from and how much did you pay for it. ??

Both S&N and My History the 2 largest sellers have a telephone support line at normal phone call rate.

I did reply to your thread this morning but you deleted it.

I don't know this product but if it's like any other product with a registration key then it will have a registration process. Click on the Help menu and see if there is an option on there about 'Register'. If there is then click it and follow the instructions about entering your key. If not then read the help file and see what it says about registering
