This was in my local paper tonight so I thought I'd share it here.

Ideal for anyone with mining ancestors. the site has a searchable database of over 164,000 recorded mining accidents and deaths.

I've been having a read of some of the reports & some of them are heartbreaking.

All those little children down the mines. One of the reports details the tragic deaths of 26 children who were stuck underground following heavy rain & they drowned. Really sad.
