I think it is the Manchester Fam History group that is doing transcripts? A relative of mine managed to get a copy of the page with my gt gt grandmother and her husband (step gt gt grandfather) and some of their children on. Apparently the group uses ultraviolet light and a bit of guess work to do the transcripts. The page I saw had some question marks in places and some names missing, so obviously they were unable to work out what everything should be, but I was lucky that there was enough there for me to be able to say YES that is my family. |

I remember reading somewhere that Salford Lancs census was damaged, but was being restored, Can anyone help ? |
