Hi, i have a photo of my dads aunty and it has an embossed stamp on it (i dont have origional pic) i cant make out what it says ...i know the 2nd word is 'studio' and i think the 1st word starts with A. On the back of the photo is a 'michigan usa' stamp...im totally stumped and hope someone might be able to figure it out!...

Alison

I just had a look at your image, i put in to my picture file where i increased the image, upto 400%, does not improve any further to make it readable.

I agree about studio, and about the first word statarting with A but the rest of the word is illegible. If i had to guess i would say it was two words on the top line and the first one is Adam, but dont take that as being right.I would say its the name of the studio

Perhaps someone better than will look at it.

Regards George

Hi Alison

I agree the last three letters look like "way" & maybe the first three "Ann"?

What time period is this photo from?

It looks like Annan Way to me. Having googled it, it looks like a place in Romford. Does this mean anything.

Mind you, there's also an Allan Way in Ealing...
