Is Amelia Green an inlaw at all? Just seems a coincidence a fairly unusual name popping up on there.

Hi , Pulling my hair out trying to find my great grandmother amelia jones bn 1880in shrewsbury on the 1891 census. She appears on the 1881 census with her parents Edward jones 1846 and fanny jones 1849 living at 7 colehall shrewsbury. She appears on 1901 census with her husband samuel tench. I have tried lookin for her spelling name differently (amelia and jones)Her brother alick jones 1887 (Down as alick james on 1901 census)is also missing so perhaps they are hiding somewhere together?
would be grateful for any ideas where to look now? what if she was in hospital ? were hospitals included on census?
Thanks for any suggestions
