1841 census abbreviations.

I am struggling to find an answer to what F.W.R may mean under occupation on the 1841 census.

I believe that this person may have been a slave at some point.

I have googled abbreviations but cant find any example of this.

Anyone shed any light?

Are you sure it's not FWK, a common one, it's frame work knitter.

FWR stood for Frame Work Rivetter, the man who made the frames up.
