You can only delete a person if it has a single connection link to the rest of the tree - so, you need to delete from the top or from the bottom, as appropriate. Sometimes you can simply change the name to what it should be, using the edit function.

If you are in a complete mess and want to start again, then it might be best to delete your entire tree. to do this, go to "My account" log in and scroll to the bottom of the page to the "Delete tree" section.

Hi Ann,

you will have to start with yourself if your the main person then work back deleting the whole lot, and re-enter it all ,,thats if its on GR,,,,,,,,!!

Can anyone help please. I have got my family tree a little jumbled and I am unable to alter it. Is there a way of clearing all entries so that I may begin again
