Question
I have an e-mail telling me that I have DNA matches. Where do I go to find these matches?

Answer
We generate an e-mail for all new close matches added to our database. It is an invitation to revisit the website and look at your “Paternal” and/or “Maternal” matches. The e-mail is for new close matches.
To view the match's login into your account on DNA.Ancestry.com. Visit DNA.Ancestry.com. Fill in both your username and password in their separate fields in the upper right of our site's home page; if you see a "Welcome" message, you are already logged in. Once logged into your account, click on Find Paternal Matches or Find Maternal Matches to view your matches.

Don't know if this helps or not. If not I would telephone as it can take up to 5 days for an e-mail reply
