Hi, please could somebody point me in the right direction.....I have discovered my Grandfather was married before he married my Grandmother, this led me to look and see if there were any children from this marriage!! THERE WAS!!! So now i'm in a fluster...my Mum has a brother she never knew about!! Can anyone suggest where I go from now in my hunt to find him??? I have his birth certificate, but really don't know what to do next!!!

Hi,
Ihave a tree on this site and he doesn't appear to be on anyones tree!! I have found a marriage that is possibly him in the Durham area but this was in 1969, I also think I have found a child born in 1973. I have a cousin in Durham who I have asked to look in the phone book for me, but there is a lot of William Wrights. How would I go about finding him through the Electral roll??
We are all very excited, I just hope we can find him. He will be 60 in December, it would be brilliant if we found him before then!!!

You could try looking for the child on-

Friends Reunited
Bebo
Facebook

A lot will depend how common his/her name is
