use the message boards.
I've just had a pm from a lady regarding my post requesting people to just use one board. She asked where to find the instructions for using the boards.
so for all newbies or those who want to make sure they are doing it right - here's how!

from the community page - click on 'community summary' (found top left in blue)
You will be welcomed to the message boards and a sentence follows which reads 'guidelines for message board use'
click on this and all the rules etc will be displayed.
