You could ask current undertakers if they have any connection with the firm, It may have been merged or taken over at some point.

Do you know their religion? If they were Baptist or RC or some other non conformists they could be buried somewhere further away.

Sorry went to bed as wasnt feeling well.

They lived in same town all the time and we are told that Gt Gran went in same grave as Grandad and the other graves that were attended would probably be their chioldren who didnt live long.

Have death notices for their children and the newspaper notice for the inquest of daughter so will go and see what I can find online otherwise a trip back to Nottingham archives I think.

Local paper for death notices? Might mention where the funeral took place.

I have the death certs for my Gt grandparents and know where they lived all their lives.

After not being able to find them when went to place we thought they wer e buried (according to a family members recollection) smeone looked at burial registers in the local library for him and he wasnt there.

Today I have checked the online burial records and searched all neighbouring lists for him not there so thought well lets check on her but cant find her either.

I even have the funeral bill for her but cant find the undertakers in the town to ask them .

Where do I go next????
