How can I open a Paint attachment if I don't have

I have received an e-mail from PRONI in Ireland and they had attached 4 things which I can't read as I don't have Paint on my laptop, I did on my other computer but thats not working now. What can I do is there any other way of opening these attachments? |

Still have a lot of pain in the tooth, just drinking liquids as I can't eat anthing. Hope to try and get some sleep tonight though. |
