Could anyone please advise,

Tottenham Court Chapel, between Tottenham Street and Howland Street,Tottenham Court Road, burying grounds and St. Martins in the Fields, burying grounds, Pratt Street, Camden Town, Middlesex/London.

1) Do the burying grounds still exist?
2) If not, where were the remains/ headstones removed to?

Thanks,
Mog
