No good just stabbing the PrtSc button, once you've done that you have to open your photo editing software, click on New and a blank window will open, then click on paste and what you saw on the screen will be put into that new window, Windows will automatically make the window the right size for what you could see on your screen at the time, you will only get what was on the screen and not anything else that was further down the page.

Hi,
I am having problems printing info from Ancestry, I am not really good with computers, all I want to do is print a person profile, but when I try it cuts half the page off, help please
