I have been doing research for a few years now, I found the best way to buy cert is to go to the council webpage of the area ie Glasgow, Lincoln, Wales anywhere in britian. They only charge you between 7 and 15 pounds where if you buy a cert on one of these webpages that also do cert they charge you 25pounds and up so thats my tip for the day

And if you go to the GRO weebsite they will charge £7.00 exactly providing you have the reference number. Nobody should EVER pay £25 for a certificate!!
